One of the most important things we can do to help our mental health is move regularly. Moving can increase our energy, reduce stress, anxiety and boost self-esteem. During Mental Health Awareness Week 2024, we will be taking part in regular ‘movement’ focused activities to support our mental health and wellbeing. 

There will also be a Behaviour Workshop on Friday 17th May at 1.30pm, led by Milton Keynes Mental Health Support Team. The session will focus on how parents/ carers can help prevent behaviour challenges in their children whilst building strong relationships.
