The parents’ consultation meetings will take place in school on Tuesday 10th February 3:40pm – 6:00pm and Wednesday 11th February 3:40pm – 6:00pm.

Appointments for children in Year 2 will take place as above.  There will also be appointments available on Wednesday 11th February between 1pm and 3pm. 

We will be using Parents Evening Manager on ParentMail – so you can book your parents’ evening appointments from your smartphone, tablet or computer.

Appointments will open at 9am on Wednesday 21st January.  You will receive an alert once you can book appointments and will then be able to select the times that are convenient to you.  If you need help you can visit the ParentMail help site: https://parentmail.help-hub.com/parents-evening/book-appointments.htm

Please note, you will need to be registered on ParentMail to be able to book appointments.

If you do not wish to book your parents’ evening appointment online or have any issues or queries with the process, please contact the school office who will be happy to add appointments on your behalf. 

The meetings will be held in your child’s classroom apart from Years five and six, whose meetings will take place in Oak classroom.

  • Entry to key stage 2 classrooms will be through the sliding doors – Please follow the signs.
  • Entry to Salcey for Years 5 and 6 will be through the door on Salcey playground – Please follow the signs.
  • For Foundation, Year one and Year two please head to the Sherwood building via the wooden gate on Salcey playground. Enter the Sherwood building through the main entrance and wait in  the corridor outside of your child’s class.  Please follow the signs.

Please note that in line with our child protection and safeguarding policy ‘Any parents/guardian who is under investigation (or has been convicted for) a safeguarding allegation/incident is not permitted to enter the school premises.  Any breach of this will result in the police being called and social services being notified’.
