On Sunday 6th July we took some Year Six children to watch the Wimbledon Championships. We navigated the train and tube system and arrived at Murry Mount in time for lunch. After visiting the shop we headed to Court 1. The children picked up the rules of tennis really quickly and were transfixed by the tennis ball! We were lucky enough to see Cameron Norrie undertake a 4 and half hour match! We had numerous comments on how well behaved the children were and how polite and respectful they were being during the matches. The thumbs up was the photo criteria of the day and everyone had a lovely time.
